Tipsy Tuesday

"The problem with communication is the
illusion that it has occurred."
— George Bernard Shaw: Was a socially conscious playwright

"I know you heard what I said but did you hear what I meant?"

Communication has certainly evolved over the past century, however one thing still remains difficult, the ability to accurately interpret the meaning behind the senders words. We text, talk, email, blog, twit, myspace, facebook, and on and on, we certainly do not lack in resources to communicate. Through all these resources I wonder are we breaking down the communication bearer and closing the gap of misunderstanding? Restricted thinking that once ruled in many countries now have a source of freedom through these communication devices. We share thoughts and information we pass on messages of information seconds after the event has occurred, as we pass it on each of us read into the message differently then we pass on our interpretation.

We are in the AGE OF INFORMATION.

Happy Trails of Understanding,

Danna
