When I think back at times in my life when I was not very proud of my reaction to a circumstance it really revealed who I was at the time, my thoughts feelings and emotions exploded with the squeezing revealing myself to me and everyone who witnessed my shortcomings.
It is important to be squeezed every once in a while to see what comes out. Sometimes I do very well and other times I am very bitter. My intention is that what I am putting into myself when squeezed will flow sweetly, James Allen said it best, "Circumstances don't make a man, they reveal him."
