As a parent, employer, community leader, spouse or friend which ever role you are playing that moment these words are pure wisdom.
When two or more people are working in harmony towards a purpose the results are incredible. When you mentor someone and involve them in your project, both are the benefactor.
We have a great team at Burns Saddlery Inc. our projects and tasks are many and our results vary, however we certainly learn. We learn how not to do things and we learn how to improve things, and we encourage and help each other along the way. Our success depends on it.
