Inspire Me

Solitude
Ella Wheeler Wilcox
(1850-1919)

LAUGH, and the world laughs with you;
Weep, and you weep alone.
For the sad old earth must borrow it's mirth,
But has trouble enough of it's own. Sing,
and the hills will answer;
Sigh, it is lost on the air.
The echoes bound to a joyful sound,
But shrink from voicing care.
Rejoice, and men will seek you;
Grieve, and they turn and go.
They want full measure of all your pleasure,
But they do not need your woe.
Be glad, and your friends are many;
Be sad, and you lose them all.
There are none to decline your nectared wine,
But alone you must drink life's gall.
Feast, and your halls are crowded;
Fast, and the world goes by.
Succeed and give,
and it helps you live,
But no man can help you die.
There is room in the halls of pleasure
For a long and lordly train,
But one by one we must all file on
Through the narrow aisles of pain.

I love this poem, the title of this poem could easily be attitude.
Laugh and the world laughs with you is a true statement. Everyone enjoys being around a positive person, their vibration resonates with joy and has a uplifting effect on everyone.

Energy field theory says that there is an invisible vibratory field of energy surrounding all living objects, including human beings. This field is created by how we think and process our experiences. At certain levels of consciousness, the energy field vibrates fast. At other levels of consciousness, the energy vibrates slow. These fields of energy we encounter daily.

I remember going into castles in Europe where the energy fields from thousands of years ago still existed. Entering the torture chambers of these properties made me sick and It felt labours to breath.

We all know people that we avoid because they suck the life right out of us. Their low vibration of consciousness can be felt and my instinct is to get away from them.

People that love what they do and live life to the fullest inspire me, they give me all kinds of physical energy while I am in there presence. Gratitude flows through them and into me. We all encounter both energies daily, I am happy to have the awareness not to judge, just observe and chose a higher energy field.

Namaste,

Danna
