Inspire Me

Torchbearer

To you from failing hands we throw the torch; be yours to hold high.
John McCrae

At night we are seeing light that originated billions of years ago. Light has no limits. When we shine, we have no limits either.

So become a luminary and light the way. Do not be afraid to pick up the torch and light the darkness. There are no limits to the effects your enlightened behavior will have.

Yes, it takes a certain energy and passion to light the darkness, but we are all capable of it when we shed our fears. By shining your light you can help others to heal as individuals and as inhabitants of this planet. So light your torch and illuminate the path. And if you see someone holding a torch who is old and tired or is wounded and falters, pick it up and carry on. Your life will have meaning and you'll help lead the way for others.

Taken from Dr. Bernie Siegel's book
365 Prescriptions for the Soul

Pick up the torch and move forward.
Do not fear the heat or being burned.

Namaste,

Danna
