Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. When I am mad, or resentful, I stop and say, this is slowing me down from getting what I want, at that moment I try very hard to forgive myself and whomever I am mad at. I know if I am unforgiving my goals are side tracked and my health is compremised.
