Tipsy Tuesday

"When I get ready to talk to people, I spend two thirds of
the time thinking what they want to hear and one
third thinking about what I want to say."
— Abraham Lincoln: Was the 16th U.S. president

"It’s one of the most beautiful and melodic-sounding words when spoken in the English language. And as soon as it rolls off the tongue, it inevitably makes people smile. It's the word You. On the other hand, overuse of the words I, me, mine, and myself can sound like fingernails on a chalkboard. When you're with friends, colleagues, or loved ones, remember the acronym WIIFM (What's in it for Me?)… because as you speak, it's what they are thinking."

Happy Trails,

Danna
