I came upon this youtube after reading Neale Donald Walsh's book "Happier than God" I previewed it on my Sunday blog. I felt compelled to share this wonderful message about fear in hopes that it can help all of us recognize our emotions and discern if we are coming from fear or love.

Choose to look at fear as an adventure, I know I am, I faced my fears by riding backcountry, sleeping out on the ground with the other creatures, looking at those bright stars and realizing how small and vast I really am.
