On the road and in the air today, destination El Paso Texas!! Burns team members from Park City, Salina, and Carmel are flying to the Lucchese factory to tour the factory and learn more about these great custom hand-made boots. Park City team members attending will be Gina and Tegan, Salina's customer service manager Amanda will meet with Lucchese's customer service to communicate and learn more to better serve the needs of the great Burns clients. Carmel California representatives are Amanda, Jennifer, and myself. All team members will get a hands on tour of the factory observing all 100 plus steps it takes to make a custom Lucchese boot.
One of my favorite parts of the factory tour is looking for new cool leathers, leathers that will inspire new designs, in colors and finishes that make my heart race!
