Einstein, the genius, always searched for the workings of the planet we physically live on. It is said that he gave thanks daily for all prior and future great scientists and physicists, he felt he could tap into the field or frequency of thought they tapped into. He would go into a meditative hypnosis every day where he aligned with a dormant force where the totality of possibilities exists. When he came out of those states, therories and equations flowed easily and effortlessly.
Einstien's theory's of time space reality blew open the doors for additional studies revealing more quantum soup. His therory of everything co-exists in the great field, the field of information.
Quantum Physics are even more strange than we can imagine, imagine everything is random until we observe it and formulate it into something with our thoughts.
I love to immerse myself into the study of Quantum Physics, I am simply in awe at the miraculous weird findings. I find great books, audio programs, YouTube, and Internet sites that discuss and educate me on Quantum Physics, if you want to scratch your head and expand your mind, read and study Quantum Physics.

A woman was at her hairdresser's getting her hair styled for a trip to Rome with her husband.. She mentioned the trip to the hairdresser, who responded:
" Rome? Why would anyone want to go there? It's crowded and dirty. You're crazy to go to Rome. So, how are you getting there?"
"We're taking Continental," was the reply. "We got a great rate!"
"Continental?" exclaimed the hairdresser. " That's a terrible airline. Their planes are old, their flight attendants are ugly, and they're always late. So, where are you staying in Rome ?"
"We'll be at this exclusive little place over on Rome 's Tiber River called Teste."
"Don't go any further. I know that place. Everybody thinks its gonna be something special and exclusive, but it's really a dump."
"We're going to go to see the Vatican and maybe get to see the Pope."
"That's rich," laughed the hairdresser. You and a million other people trying to see him. He'll look the size of an ant.
Boy, good luck on this lousy trip of yours. You're going to need it."
A month later, the woman again came in for a hairdo. The hairdresser asked her about her trip to Rome .
"It was wonderful," explained the woman, "not only were we on time in one of Continental's brand new planes, but it was overbooked, and they bumped us up to first class. The food and wine were wonderful, and I had a handsome 28-year-old steward who waited on me hand and foot..
And the hotel was great! They'd just finished a $5 million remodeling job, and now it's a jewel, the finest hotel in the city. They, too, were overbooked, so they apologized and gave us their owner's suite at no extra charge!"
"Well," muttered the hairdresser, "that's all well and good, but I know you didn't get to see the Pope."
"Actually, we were quite lucky, because as we toured the Vatican, a Swiss Guard tapped me on the shoulder, and explained that the Pope likes to meet some of the visitors, and if I'd be so kind as to step into his private room and wait, the Pope would personally greet me.
Sure enough, five minutes later, the Pope walked through the door and shook my hand! I knelt down and he spoke a few words to me."
"Oh, really! What'd he say?"
He said: "Who f%@&$d up your hair?"

A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team's bench. After the game, he asked her how she liked it. "Oh, I really liked it," she replied, "especially the tight pants and all the big muscles, but I just couldn't understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents."

Before you can train a horse, you have to understand basic horse psychology and what makes your horse tick. When you understand how the horse processes his thoughts and why he does the things that he does, both good and bad, you will be able to accomplish anything. If you don’t understand how your horse’s brain works and why he reacts to certain situations the way that he does, then you will struggle with your horsemanship goals. Horsemanship isn’t always easy to do, but it will be easier to understand when you can identify what motivates your horse to act in a certain way. If you’ve ever lost your temper, cried, felt defeated or wanted to kill your horse because of the frustration you felt toward teaching him something – you’re completely normal. At some point in our lives, we’ve all been there. The best way to get rid of those feelings is to educate yourself. Frustration ends where your knowledge begins.

Tipsy Tuesday
1. Cover bowls or dishes when cooking in the microwave.
Coffee filters make excellent covers.
2. Clean windows and mirrors. Coffee filters are lint-free so they'll leave windows sparkling.
3. Protect China
Separate your good dishes by putting a coffee filter between each dish.
4. Filter broken cork from wine. If you break the cork when opening a wine bottle, filter the wine through a coffee filter.
5. Protect a cast-iron skillet. Place a coffee filter in the skillet to absorb moisture and prevent rust.
6. Apply shoe polish. Ball up a lint-free coffee filter.
7. Recycle frying oil. After frying, strain oil through a sieve lined with a coffee filter
8. Weigh chopped foods. Place chopped ingredients in a coffee filter on a kitchen scale.
9. Hold tacos. Coffee filters make convenient wrappers for messy foods.
10. Stop the soil from leaking out of a plant pot. Line a plant pot with a coffee filter to prevent the soil from going through the drainage holes.
11. Prevent a Popsicle from dripping. Poke one or two holes as needed in a coffee filter.
12. Do you think we used expensive strips to wax eyebrows? Use strips of coffee filters.
13. Put a few in a plate and put your fried bacon, French fries, chicken fingers, etc on them. Soaks out all the grease.
14. Keep in the bathroom. They make great "razor nick fixers."

On The Road Again
Calendar says it is the first week of spring! The transition has begun. Every day there is less snow on the mountain, and green grass begins sprouting with intention. I love the changing of seasons! I feel there is a longing within us for change. We seem to be addicted to newness, new cars, new clothes, new friends, new entertainment, and new surroundings. Change creates a feeling inside, an anticipation, a wonder of possibilities, an anticipation of a new experience.
Spring promotes new life. Energy abounds, the sunshine feels warmer, the air smells fresh, stillness turns to aliveness, trees and flowers bust open with aroma therapy!
"Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!!!" I am amazed how receiving many birthdays and having a willingness to live life, to participate in the process of life, enhances the overall beauty of this incredible planet we live on. Being open for the experience, being excited about the small buds, giving appreciation for the awareness of their existence. I Love to feel their aliveness, as they awaken from their winters nap. It awakens that part of me, that wants to get out in nature and experience the wonder of it all.
Springtime in the Rockies, does it get any better than that???

Thanks for the email on fruits and juices. It is one of the strategies to heal cancer. As of late, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%. Cancer patients shouldn't die. The cure for cancer is already found. It is whether you believe it or not? I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under the conventional treatments.. Very few can live for 5 years under the conventional treatments and most live for only about 2 to 3 years. The conventional treatments do not make any difference because most cancer patients also live for about 2 to 3 years without undergoing any treatment. It is difficult to cure those cancer patients who have undergone chemo and radiotherapy as their cells are toxic and weak. EATING FRUIT...
It's long but very informative
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....
So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat during my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE': (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

Funny Friday
Young King Arthur was ambushed and imprisoned by the monarch of a neighboring kingdom. The monarch could have killed him but was moved by Arthur's youth and ideals. So, the monarch offered him his freedom, as long as he could answer a very difficult question. Arthur would have a year to figure out the answer and, if after a year, he still had no answer, he would be put to death.
The question?...What do women really want? Such a question would perplex even the most knowledgeable man, and to young Arthur, it seemed an impossible query. But, since it was better than death, he accepted the monarch's proposition to have an answer by year's end.
He returned to his kingdom and began to poll everyone: the princess, the priests, the wise men and even the court jester. He spoke with everyone, but no one could give him a satisfactory answer.
Many people advised him to consult the old witch, for only she would have the answer.
But the price would be high; as the witch was famous throughout the kingdom for the exorbitant prices she charged.
The last day of the year arrived and Arthur had no choice but to talk to the witch She agreed to answer the question, but he would have to agree to her price first.
The old witch wanted to marry Sir Lancelot, the most noble of the Knights of the Round Table and Arthur's closest friend!
Young Arthur was horrified. She was hunchbacked and hideous, had only one tooth, smelled like sewage, made obscene noises, etc. He had never encountered such a repugnant creature in all his life.
He refused to force his friend to marry her and endure such a terrible burden; but Lancelot, learning of the proposal, spoke with Arthur.
He said nothing was too big of a sacrifice compared to Arthur's life and the preservation of the Round Table.
Hence, a wedding was proclaimed and the witch answered Arthur's question thus:
What a woman really wants, she answered....is to be in charge of her own life.
Everyone in the kingdom instantly knew that the witch had uttered a great truth and that Arthur's life would be spared.
And so it was, the neighbouring monarch granted Arthur his freedom and Lancelot and the witch had a wonderful wedding.
The honeymoon hour approached and Lancelot, steeling himself for a horrific experience, entered the bedroom. But what a sight awaited him. The most beautiful woman he had ever seen lay before him on the bed. The astounded Lancelot asked what had happened.
The beauty replied that since he had been so kind to her when she appeared as a witch, she would henceforth, be her horrible deformed self only half the time and the beautiful maiden the other half.
Which would he prefer? Beautiful during the day....or night?

Zen Horse

Don’t focus on your fear, focus on getting control of the feet.
When a horse respects you as a leader and uses the thinking side of his brain rather than the reactive side, you can stop worrying about getting hurt or not being able to handle a dangerous situation. Horses are big animals, and it’s only natural to be scared of them. A lot of people come up to me and say, “Clinton, I’m afraid to ride, I’m frightened to fall off, or I’m scared of getting hurt.” All of those feelings are very real and very healthy. Fear is your brain saying, “Hey, if you don’t stop doing what you’re doing, you’re going to get hurt.” I never tell people to ignore fear. In fact, I encourage them to listen to it and then learn how to control the situation. You’ll gain control of the situation by educating yourself and learning how to control your horse’s feet. When you can control your horse, you gain confidence, and if you have confidence in your horse and in your ability to control him! , you can relax and have fun.

On The Road Again
March came in like a lion and this week will be the turn around for out like a lamb. Daylight savings started yesterday, YEAH!!!!! Who wouldn't want more daylight?
Spring skiing is FANTASTIC this year, with new snow mixed in with warm sunshine!
Burns "Road Team" had short travels this past week as Jake, Matt and their wives, set up and sold product at the Utah Horse Expo in South Jordan. Burns Saddlery donates a saddle to the Utah Horse Association in support of what they do in building the horse industry in Utah, a big thank you to Matt Bartlett and his team of volunteers!
This week it's off to Las Vegas for the Silver Dollar Quarter Horse Show held at the beautiful South Point Equestrian Center, not sure who's on duty for that show. I know I will be here in Park City selling and designing boots, belts, buckles, shirts, and handbags with clients that want to take home an original work of art.
March Madness begins, that means Braydan and Jake will be laying bets down on who can beat Duke, Kentucky, Syracuse, or North Carolina, it seems they never go with the favoirte:-), good luck boys!!!

Rave Reviews and Recipes
This was a great recommendation!
Pam being a fabulous cook was intrigued with the amazing flavors, so shortly after returning home she experimented with ingredients and came up with this fabulous recipe.
Scott and I went back to Fish Hopper and tried the artichokes again, both of us commented that we were amazed that we liked Pam’s recipe as well if not better than that of Fish Hoppers.
If you want to win over guests this is sure to please. While grilling the aroma is so amazing it brings neighbors out of their houses with wonder and longing.
Marinated Artichokes
Recipe By Pam Jorgensen
Serving Size: 4 Preparation Time: 1:30
Categories: Appetizers
2 artichokes -- trimmed & steamed
4 cloves garlic -- peeled
1 Tbl oil
12 each peppercorns
Marinade:
2 1/2 ounces balsamic vinegar
6 ounces olive oil, extra virgin
3 cloves garlic -- minced fine
2 teaspoons sugar
Dash salt
Trim base with sharp knife allowing the artichoke to sit flat. Using kitchen shears trim the sharp tips and the top third leaves of artichokes. Slice off the top and spread open a little. Cook the artichokes either by steaming or boiling. Cover tightly to steam, add about 1 Tbl. Oil, a few garlic buds, or a couple dashes of garlic powder as well as 6 to 10 peppercorns. The artichokes are cooked when an outside leaf will pull off easily, approx. 45 to 60 minutes.
While artichokes are cooking, prepared marinade. Put the marinade ingredients in a blender and pulse until just emulsified. Pour liquid into zip lock baggie. (Two artichokes, halved, will fit well in a large zip bag.) When the artichokes are cooked, remove from heat. Using tongs, turn artichokes upside down to drain hot water from leaves. Using care cut the artichokes in half, cutting through the stem to the top of the artichoke. At this time, scoop the choke out, and then put the hot artichokes into a zip lock baggie with the marinade.
Put the baggie in the fridge overnight to marinate. It will keep nicely for 12 to 24 hours. After that, the quality decreases greatly.
Turn the grill on high heat. When well heated, turn off one half of the grill, placing the artichokes on the half with the heat turned off. Turn once or twice, browning nicely. Remove from grill and serve with an aioli dip or two of your choice.

1 cup mayonnaise
4 dashes garlic powder
4 dashes salt and white pepper
4 dashes curry powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, black
Whisk the seasonings into the mayonnaise. Let mellow approximately 15 minutes minimum. Taste and correct the seasonings, if necessary.
Yield: 1 cup
My favorite, both are great. Make both and see which you prefer.
Old Bay Aioli Sauce

Categories: Appetizers
1 cup mayonnaise
2 dashes garlic powder -- to taste
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood seasoning -- to taste
salt and white pepper -- to taste
Whisk the seasonings into the mayonnaise. Let mellow about 15 minutes minimum. Taste and correct the seasonings.

My Park City store manager Stephanie Stewart forwarded this amazing world record Dressage run.
While I was in Germany 3 years ago I was blessed to see in person a 90 point work, which brought tears to my eyes and goose flesh over my entire body! To be in the presence of such a great horse is simply breathtaking.

Tipsy Tuesday
It's an obvious — yet often overlooked — truth: rich people have 24 hours a day. And, poor people have 24 hours a day.
The difference between the rich and the poor is in the management of that time. Successful people often work harder and longer than most, but they almost always work smarter.
If we get more from ourselves, if we can make an hour as valuable as 10 hours used to be, we can get as much done in a day as we used to get done in a week. Imagine the potential compounding effect of working smarter.
By practicing a few simple disciplines every day, you can use time like the rich — with focus and effectiveness.
1. Run the day, or it will run you. Part of the key to time management is staying in charge. Some will be masters of their time, and some will be servants. Enterprising people become the masters of their time.
To master your time, you must have clear written goals for each day that you keep with you at all times. It helps to create each day's list the night before. Prioritize your goals for the day and constantly review them.
And here's a good question to ask yourself constantly: Is this a major activity or a minor activity? By asking that question, you will reduce the amazingly natural tendency to spend major time on minor things. In sales training, we are taught that major time is the time spent in the presence of the prospect, while minor time is the time spent on the way to the prospect. If you are not careful, you will spend more time "on the way to" than "in the presence of" your goals.
Before you answer an email, ask yourself if this is a major activity or a minor activity. Before you make a phone call, ask yourself if this is a major phone call or a minor phone call. Enterprising people don't let the minor activities distract them from the major activities — the ones that hold the keys to their success.
2. Don't mistake activity for productivity. You probably know some people who always seem to be busy being busy. To be successful, you must be busy being productive. Some people are going, going, going, but they're doing figure eights. They're not making much progress. Don't mistake activity for productivity, movement for achievement. Evaluate the hours in your days, and see if there is wasted time that you could manage better.

On The Road Again
Incredible, another month has slid by, most are very happy to flip February off the calendar and see March, SPRINGTIME!!!
For me I hope for more snow storms to keep the skiers coming to Park City for one more month. This year northern Utah is at 60% of normal snowfall, while southern Utah is 123%, amazing how the storms have tracked this past winter.
News from Salina is the crocus and tulips are popping up, in Park City water begins to run as we lose snow pack, all signs that February has moved on. Februrary was truly OUTSTANDING! It has been wonderful seeing all our friends and clients from last year, Februrary is reunion month.
March is a month for SPRING BREAK! Park City is a fun, sporty town to spring break in, plenty of skiing, biking, skating, swimming, hiking, great food, clubs, and the coolest cowboy shop in the world:-)! Last year March was one of our busiest months, because of all that fantasitc spring skiing! Bring your sunscreen, shed your winter coat!
I thought I would get some ski days in this year, but have immersed myself again into working everyday, driving by those perfect ski conditions can be frustrating. Living right next to 3 incredible ski resorts make it tough to show up for work.
